PRECAUTIONS

- A return authorized number must be obtained from knife wrench during regular business hours
- The written authorization number must be written on every box underneath the shipping address
- A copy of the invoice along with a letter listing the reason for return must be included in the box
- Refunds will be processed within one business day after the receipt of one returned item
- Refused shipment/canceled shipment orders are subject to A 20% restocking fee and fright
